Custodian to determine child's upbringing, exception--continuedsupervision, when.

452.405. 1. Except as otherwise ordered by the court or agreed by theparties in writing at the time of the custody decree, the legal custodian maydetermine the child's upbringing, including his education, health care, andreligious training, unless the court after hearing finds, upon motion by theparent without legal custody, that in the absence of a specific limitation ofthe legal custodian's authority the child's physical health would beendangered or his emotional development impaired.

2. The legal custodian shall not exercise legal custody in such a way asto significantly and detrimentally impact the other parent's visitation orcustody rights.

3. The court may order the county welfare office or the county juvenileofficer to exercise continuing supervision over the case.
