Records of adoption proceedings not open to inspection except on orderof the court--penalty for violation.

453.120. 1. The files and records of the court in adoptionproceedings shall not be open to inspection or copy by any personor persons, except upon an order of the court expresslypermitting the same issued in accordance with the provisions ofsection 453.121.

2. Any person who permits such inspection or copy without anorder of the court as provided in this section shall be guilty ofa class C misdemeanor.
