Purposes.

454.010. The purposes of sections 454.010 to 454.360 are toimprove and extend by reciprocal legislation the enforcement ofduties of support and to make uniform the law with respectthereto.

(1957) The Uniform Support of Dependents' Law is not violative of the due process or retrospective law provisions of the constitution. Ivey v. Ayers (Mo.), 301 S.W.2d 790.
