454.090. All duties of support, including the duty to pay arrearages,are enforceable by a proceeding under the provisions of sections 454.010 to454.360, including a proceeding for civil contempt. The defense that theparties are immune to suit because of their relationship as husband and wifeor parent and child is not available to the obligor.
