454.100. Jurisdiction of all proceedings hereunder is vestedin the circuit court. Such proceedings shall be heard by acircuit judge, except that said proceedings may be heard by anassociate circuit judge if he is assigned to hear such case orclass of cases or if he is transferred to hear such case or classof cases pursuant to other provisions of law or section 6 ofarticle V of the constitution.
