Jurisdiction by arrest.

454.160. If a court of this state believes that the obligormay flee, it may:

(1) As an initiating court, request in its certificate thatthe responding court obtain the body of the obligor byappropriate process; or

(2) As a responding court, obtain the body of the obligor byappropriate process.Thereupon it may release him upon his own recognizance or uponhis giving a bond in an amount set by the court to assure hisappearance at the hearing.
