454.403. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,applicants for a professional, occupational or recreational license notcoming under the purview of the division of professional registration shallbe required by the appropriate licensing authority to provide theapplicant's Social Security number on any application for a license, permitor certificate, or any renewal of a license, permit or certificate. Thedivision of child support enforcement is authorized to coordinate with andassist with such licensing authorities to develop procedures to implementthis requirement.
