Rebuttable presumption for authenticity of certain judicial ordersand documents.

454.545. 1. A copy of a judicial order and other documents on filewith the court which are transmitted, whether transmitted by facsimile orother electronic means, to the division shall be rebuttably presumed to betrue and correct copies of the original document, and may be offered intoevidence without authentication or verification in any hearing orproceeding pursuant to this chapter.

2. A person contesting the authenticity of the document may rebut thepresumption with a certified copy. The clerk shall furnish the divisionwith certified copies upon request and without charge.
