Definitions.

454.800. As used in sections 454.800 to 454.808, thefollowing terms mean:

(1) "Advance planning documents", a series of documentsincluding updates covering the various phases of the projectsubmitted to the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement forreview and approval;

(2) "Project" or "system", the comprehensive, statewideautomated system developed and implemented by the division ofchild support enforcement in compliance with section 454 of theSocial Security Act (42 U.S.C. 654);

(3) "Steering committee", the statewide automated systemsteering committee.
