455.075. The court may order a party to pay a reasonable amount tothe other party for attorney's fees incurred prior to the commencement ofthe proceeding or after entry of judgment. The court shall consider allrelevant factors, including the financial resources of both parties, andmay order that the amount be paid directly to the attorney, who may enforcethe order in his name.
