Records and certified copies.

456.031. The clerk of the probate division of the circuit court shallkeep a record for each trust so registered, including trust registrationstatements, petitions and applications, demands for notices or bonds, andof any orders or responses relating thereto by the court, and establish andmaintain a system for indexing, filing or recording which is sufficient toenable users of the records to identify and obtain information about suchregistered trusts. Upon payment of the fees required by law the clerk mustissue certified copies of any record or paper filed or recorded.
