471.060. This law shall not apply in the case of wills,living trusts, deeds or contracts of insurance or any othersituation where provision is made for distribution of propertydifferent from the provisions of this law, or where provision ismade for a presumption as to survivorship which results in adistribution of property different from that here provided.
