Approval of act or transaction in best interests of estate.

472.330. Notwithstanding any other provision of thischapter, chapter 473, RSMo, chapter 474, RSMo, and chapter 475,RSMo, to the contrary, upon a finding that an act or transactionwas or is in the best interest of the estate, the court mayapprove, ratify, confirm and validate any act or transactionperformed by the personal representative of the estate, withoutcourt authorization which the court would have had power underthis chapter, chapter 473, RSMo, and chapter 474, RSMo, toauthorize the personal representative to conduct.
