473.127. In all cases where letters of administration withwill annexed, letters of administration de bonis non, duringminority or absence, are issued by the judge or clerk of theprobate division, the same shall be issued in conformity to theforegoing forms, as near as may be, taking care to make thenecessary variations, additions or omissions to suit eachparticular case.
