Disqualification by improper behavior.

476.560. Except as provided in section 476.540, the benefitsunder sections 476.515 to 476.570 shall not apply to any judgewho has been convicted of a felony in any court or who has beenremoved from office by impeachment or for misconduct or disbarredfrom the practice of law.
