Opinion in writing--where filed--how endorsed.

477.030. 1. In each case determined by opinion by thesupreme court or any district of the court of appeals, or finallydisposed of by opinion upon a motion, the judicial opinion shallbe reduced to writing and filed in the cause. If the decision isnot unanimous, the opinion shall show which judge delivered it,and which judges concurred therein or dissented therefrom.

2. The clerk of the appellate court shall, when the opinionof the court is filed in his office, endorse thereon the day onwhich it is filed, and enter the same on his minutes, and shall,within thirty days thereafter, make a true copy thereof, andshall transmit the same without delay to the trial court.
