Office and library furnishings--expenditures, how paid.

477.140. The judges of any district of the court of appeals,or a majority of the judges of any of the districts, are herebyrespectively authorized to rent and furnish for their respectivedistricts a suitable courtroom and office for the clerk and roomsfor the judges, and a room for the janitor and marshal, and aroom for the library, and to make such arrangements for obtainingthe use of the libraries of their respective cities as theyrespectively may deem necessary and wise; all of whichexpenditures, as also for stationery and other necessary outlayfor each of the districts, shall be paid by the state; and thecertificate of the chief judge of the respective districts as tothe same shall be a sufficient voucher to the commissioner ofadministration, and a warrant shall be drawn accordingly on thestate treasurer for the amount thereof.
