Designation of private publication as official reports.

477.231. The supreme court may declare the published volumesof the decisions of the supreme court as the same are publishedby any person, firm or corporation, to be official reports of thedecisions of the supreme court, and the court of appeals mayjointly make a similar declaration with respect to publishedvolumes of the opinions of the court of appeals. Any publicationso designated as the official reports may include both theopinions of the supreme court and the court of appeals in thesame volume.
