Supreme court to replace reports lost by fire.

477.390. The supreme court is hereby authorized and directedto furnish to the counties of this state for the use of thecircuit and other courts in the counties, a complete set of thereports of the supreme court of Missouri and the reports of thecourt of appeals from volume 16, out of any books on hand andavailable for such purpose, when the like books of any suchcounty, already furnished, have been lost by fire; and in suchevent the secretary of state is authorized and directed tofurnish to such county the revised statutes of the state ofMissouri and the session laws out of any books in his handsavailable for that purpose.
