Judicial personnel, court to furnish guidelines for general assembly.

477.405. On or before March 1, 1989, the supreme court ofthe state of Missouri shall recommend guidelines appropriate foruse by the general assembly in determining the need foradditional judicial personnel or reallocation of existingpersonnel in this state, and shall recommend guidelinesappropriate for the evaluation of judicial performance. Theguidelines shall be filed with the chairmen of the house andsenate judiciary committees, and the court shall file therewith areport measuring and assessing judicial performance in theappellate and circuit courts of this state.
