Court may make rules for distribution, transfer of cases.

478.530. The circuit judges of circuit number twenty-ninemay make such rules as may be found necessary for the properdistribution of cases for trial and disposition among the severaldivisions of the court presided over by circuit or associatecircuit judges and the transfer of cases to and from suchdivisions, including divisions at Carthage and at Joplin. Suchauthority is in addition to the authority set forth in section478.245.
