Clerks to keep account of fines.

483.150. The clerks of the several courts of record shallkeep a true account of all fines, penalties, forfeitures andjudgments imposed, adjudged or rendered in favor of the state orany county by their respective courts, distinguishing thosepayable to the state from those payable to the county, and shallkeep the same open for the inspection of the judges of therespective courts and the county treasurer.
