Clerk found guilty, removed and fined.

483.195. If any clerk against whom charges shall beexhibited as aforesaid shall be found guilty thereof, he shall beremoved from his office, and be fined at the discretion of thecourt in any sum not exceeding one thousand dollars to the use ofthe state; and he shall pay all the costs of the proceedings.
