Supreme court to furnish director with list of persons currentlylicensed to practice law in Missouri--tax delinquency, effect of.

484.053. The director of revenue is hereby authorized, pursuant to acooperative agreement with the supreme court, to develop procedures whichshall permit the clerk of the supreme court to furnish the director, atleast once each year, with a list of persons currently licensed to practicelaw in this state. If any such person is delinquent on any state taxes orhas failed to file state income tax returns in the last three years andsuch person has not paid in protest or commenced a reasonably foundeddispute with such liability, the director shall notify the clerk of thesupreme court that such person has such delinquency or failure to file.
