484.220. The copy of the charges and citation may be servedupon the accused by any officer authorized by law to serve writsissued by such court and in any county of this state, and if theaccused be not found in this state then reasonable notice shallbe given him by publication in such manner as the court maydirect, unless served as provided in section 484.210, supra.
