Effect of authentication by commissioner.

486.120. An acknowledgment or proof so taken according tothe laws of this state, and certified to by any suchcommissioner, under his seal of office, if there is one annexedto or endorsed on the instrument, has the same force and effectas if the same had been made before a judge or associate circuitjudge, or any other officer authorized to perform the act in thisstate.
