Impersonation of a notary, penalty for.

486.375. Any person who acts as, or otherwise willfullyimpersonates, a notary public while not lawfully appointed andcommissioned to perform notarial acts is guilty of a misdemeanorand punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding fivehundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six monthsor both.
