488.635. In addition to any other court costs required to institute anaction in the circuit division of the circuit court, a surcharge of threedollars shall be paid pursuant to section 452.552, RSMo, by the person filingsuch action. The surcharge shall be collected and disbursed in a mannerprovided by sections 488.012 to 488.020 by the court clerk at the time thepetition is filed and shall be payable to the director of revenue for depositin the domestic relations resolution fund established in section 452.554,RSMo.
