490.160. The printed journal of the senate and house ofrepresentatives of this state, and all public documents orreports therein contained, and all reports or documents printedby the order of this state, or by either house of the generalassembly, or purporting to be printed by authority thereof, shallbe prima facie evidence to the same extent that dulyauthenticated copies of the originals would be.
