Instruments under repealed law.

490.280. Every instrument of writing conveying or affectingreal estate, and the certificate of the acknowledgment or proofthereof, made in pursuance of any law in force at the time ofsuch acknowledgment or proof, but afterward repealed, shall beevidence to the same extent, and with like effect, as if such lawremained in full force.
