Evidence offered to reject such copy.

490.330. Whenever any deed, conveyance or other evidence oftitle, or a copy thereof, shall be offered in evidence, under theprovisions of any of the preceding sections, and objected to, theparty objecting may introduce evidence to show that the originalis not what it purports to be, or that it was not executed bythose in whose name it purports to have been executed, or thatthe copy offered is not a true copy of the original; and thecourt shall determine thereon, and admit or reject theinstrument, according to the evidence.
