490.350. Certified copies of such records as arecontemplated in section 490.340 shall not be received in evidenceuntil the execution of the original instrument or instrumentsfrom which such records are made has been duly proved accordingto law, except where the record has been made thirty years ormore prior to the time of offering the certified copies inevidence.
