Deeds recorded thirty years before 1874.

490.380. All deeds, conveyances, powers of attorney, orother instruments in writing under seal, purporting to convey anyland, or any estate or interest therein, or whereby the same maybe affected in law or equity, executed and acknowledged inconformity with the provisions of any law in force in this state,or in the district or territory of Louisiana, or in the territoryof Missouri, at the time of its execution and acknowledgment, andwhich deed has been duly recorded in the proper office more thanthirty years before March 28, 1874, shall, together with thecertificate of acknowledgment or proof, be received in evidencein all the courts of this state without further proof of theexecution thereof.
