Copies of official bonds.

490.470. Copies of all bonds required by law to be given bysheriffs, collectors, county treasurers, collectors of therevenue, clerks of the supreme court, districts of the court ofappeals, circuit and county commissions, recorders, and all otherofficers of or under the state, who are required by law to givebond for the faithful performance of their duties, duly certifiedby the seal of office of the officer in whose custody the bond isrequired by law to be kept, may be sued upon, and shall bereceived in evidence, to all intents and purposes, as theoriginals themselves.
