491.620. 1. Any pretrial release of any defendant whetheron bail or under any other form of recognizance shall be deemedas a matter of law to include a condition that the defendantneither do nor cause to be done nor permit to be done on hisbehalf any act prescribed by section 575.270, RSMo.
2. Any request form for bail or bond given by the clerk ofany court, by any court, by any surety or bondsman, and anywritten promise to appear on one's own recognizance shall containin a conspicuous location notice of prohibited activities undersection 575.270, RSMo.
