Depositions taken in foreign countries to be taken in language of thewitness--must be translated.

492.310. When depositions are taken in foreign countries ofa language other than the English language, they shall be takenin the language spoken by the witness, and in such language bereduced to writing by the officer taking the same. When any suchdeposition shall be filed in any case, in any court in thisstate, the party filing the same shall, without unreasonabledelay thereafter, cause the same to be truly translated into theEnglish language, and such translation to be filed with itsoriginal, but only for information to the adverse party.
