Objections to competency or relevancy, how taken.

492.330. Every objection to the competency or credibility ofa witness examined, or the competency or relevancy of anyquestion put to him, or of any answer given by him, may be madein the same manner and with the like effect as if such witnesswere personally present; and any failure to make such objectionat the taking of the depositions, although the objecting partymay be present, shall not prejudice his right to make suchobjections at the trial of the cause.
