492.360. Depositions or examinations taken by virtue of anyof the provisions of sections 492.080 to 492.400 and all exhibitsproduced to the person or officer taking such examinations ordepositions, and proved or referred to by any witness, togetherwith the commission and interrogatories, if any, shall beenclosed, sealed up, and directed to the clerk of the court inwhich or the associate circuit judge before whom the action ispending.
