Cost of advertisements in judicial proceedings, payment by whom.

493.010. When any notice or advertisement relating to anycause, matter or thing in any court of record shall be requiredby law or the order of any court to be published, the same, whenduly published, shall be paid for by the party at whose instanceit was published, which payment, or so much thereof as shall bedeemed reasonable, may be taxed as other costs, or otherwiseallowed by the proper courts, in the course of the proceedings towhich such advertisement relates.
