Person in charge of watercraft to report injuries--penalty.

506.350. The person in charge of such watercraft shallreport within twenty-four hours to the sheriff of the countywherein the injury occurred the names and addresses of the ownersand operators of the watercraft, and the names and addresses ofall other persons on board the same at the time of the injury,together with a brief statement as to how the accident occurred.Failure to make the report required by this section will subjectthe owner of the watercraft to a fine of not less thantwenty-five dollars and not more than five hundred dollars.
