Suits by infants, how prosecuted.

507.110. Suits by infants may only be commenced andprosecuted, either: First, by a duly appointed guardian orconservator of such infant; or, second, by a next friendappointed for him in such suit; or, third, if asserted bycounterclaim, by a guardian ad litem.
