Associate circuit judge or clerk to file transcript with clerk fortrial de novo.

512.250. When an application for a trial de novo is timelyfiled, the associate circuit judge or the clerk who has custodyof the case papers shall forthwith transmit the case papers inthe cause or a transcript thereof to the clerk receiving casesoriginally filed for hearing and determination before a circuitjudge, and the cause shall thereupon be assigned for a trial denovo before a circuit or associate circuit judge in accordancewith assignment procedures prescribed by local circuit court ruleor as directed by the presiding judge of the circuit.
