No setoff or counterclaim to be pleaded in trial de novo, when.

512.290. In cases wherein the summons shall be personallyserved on the defendant, no setoff nor counterclaim shall bepleaded in the trial de novo proceedings that was not pleadedbefore the associate circuit judge.
