Judgment against sureties, when.

512.320. In all cases of an application for trial de novofrom an associate circuit judge, if on a trial anew, the judgmentbe against the applicant, such judgment shall be rendered againsthim or against him and his sureties in the recognizance for theapplication for trial de novo, if such recognizance be given.
