513.010. 1. The word "levy", as used in this chapter, shallbe construed to mean the actual seizure of property by theofficer charged with the execution of the writ.
2. The term "real estate", as used in this chapter shall beconstrued to include all estate and interest in lands, tenementsand hereditaments.
