Execution against executors or administrators prohibited.

513.075. No execution shall issue upon any judgment ordecree rendered against the testator or intestate in hislifetime, or against his executors or administrators after hisdeath, which judgment or decree constitutes a demand against theestate of any testator or intestate, within the meaning of thestatute respecting executors and administrators; but all suchdemands shall be classed and proceeded on in the court havingprobate jurisdiction, as required by said statute.
