Evidences of debt liable to be seized and placed in hands ofreceiver--his duties.

513.105. All account books, accounts, notes, bills, bonds,certificates of deposit and other evidences of debt belonging toa debtor shall be liable to seizure, and when seized, shall beplaced in the hands of a suitable person, to be appointed by thecourt, or judge thereof in vacation, as a receiver, who shalltake the same oath, execute like bond, have and perform the samepowers and duties, and be subject with his sureties, to the sameprovisions and penalties in all respects, as in the case of areceiver and his sureties, appointed in virtue of the statuteproviding for suits by attachment.
