Execution on such shares, how levied.

513.120. The officer upon obtaining such information, or inany other manner, may make a levy of such execution on suchrights or shares by leaving a true copy of such writ with thecashier, secretary or chief clerk; and if there be no suchofficer, then with some officer of such bank, association, jointstock company or corporation, with an attested certificate by theofficer making the levy that he levies upon and takes such rightsand shares to satisfy such execution.
