Condition of bond broken, officer may seize property--how sold.

513.165. When the condition of the bond shall be broken, asmentioned in section 513.160, the officer may seize any propertyof the defendant subject to the execution, and sell the same, ifpersonal property, on three days' notice; if real estate, on tendays' notice to satisfy the judgment.
