513.310. 1. All sales of real estate, situated in thecounty of Marion taken in execution by any officer under ajudgment by district number 2 of the circuit court of MarionCounty, or of any other court of record within this state, whenthe real estate is situated within the townships of Mason andMiller, shall be made before the door of the courthouse in thecity of Hannibal.
2. All sales of real estate, situated in Cape GirardeauCounty, taken in execution by process issued from the circuitcourt of Cape Girardeau County at Cape Girardeau, shall beexposed to sale before the door of the courthouse in the city ofCape Girardeau.
